Thanks for this! I am that hard of hearing fan you reference. I have so many stories about that! His team started captioning his music videos in 2012, back when it was still rare to have cc on music videos. Corey himself signed to me from the stage in Montreal in 2014. And a lot of the text-based graphics in his stage light show are provided as cues. It's all very fantastic - as is he!
